Project Description

The product team wanted to better understand people's behavior and needs in various phases of travel planning as well as what people were currently using their product. Over the course of 7 months I conducted a usability test on latest designs, designed a survey to quantify travel planning behavior, an intercept survey to understand visitors, helped plan and execute street intercepts with the team and helped the team set up 'rolling research'.

The outcome was a range of insights and experiences that helped the team empathize with their users, shaped the design and helped prioritize feature development.
