ING developed a proposition 'Brighter Business' to support business customers. The proposition consisted of a tool to assess financial health as well as the degree to which the business is future proof.
Using static (pdf) prototypes and lateron an interactive demo version of the tool, the concept, content and information architecture were tested with business customers.
Together with members of the development team I visited a variety of businesses throughout the development cycle. The outcomes helped designers make the information architecture more intuitive, marketeers develop their marketing strategy and the overall team prioritize user stories.
